Paternity

Description

A proceeding to adjudicate parentage may be maintained by the child, mother of the child, a man whose paternity of the child is to be adjudicated, or a governmental agency authorized by law. The Court will make a determination as to paternity and provide orders containing provisions for child support and possession and access.
